My name is _______. I will be caring for your child while they are at Tadpoles Pollywogs & Froglets Daycare. Since as early as I can remember, I’ve always loved caring for children and helping them learn and grow.
I have completed the State required courses to be a Child Care Teacher. I have been certified in pediatric CPR from the Red Cross. I have a bachelor degree in Fine Art from __________ and I’ve taken courses in human services at _______. I am currently working on a second undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at ________. My course work has included classes in early literacy, phonetics, linguistics, educational psychology, child psychology, normal language development, child language delays, special needs education, infant and toddler development, and more. I’ve also completed a Youth Development Certificate program through the _________________________.
In the past, I have volunteered at Hartford University School assisting the speech pathologist. And I’ve done years of volunteer work as part of the First Aid Service Team with the local Red Cross.
I love learning and I love seeing children learn. My favorite activities to do with children are art projects, gardening, music, and reading books together. You can be sure your child will be exposed to many such activities while at Tadpoles Pollywogs & Froglets Daycare.
